  江蘇春晨電纜有限公司FDZYEYH風(fēng)能電纜 風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)專用電纜（風(fēng)力發(fā)電電纜），除滿足普通電纜的性能外，還必須滿足彎曲半徑小、頻繁扭轉(zhuǎn)的基本要求，由于風(fēng)力發(fā)電電纜多用在氣候條件較為惡劣的地區(qū)，一般多用在我國(guó)的北方地區(qū)，氣候較寒冷，且晝夜溫差較大，因此風(fēng)力發(fā)電電纜還必須滿足環(huán)境溫度-45℃～＋50℃，運(yùn)行溫度為-40℃～＋50℃的使用條件。我公司自2005年初開始致力于風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)專用電纜技術(shù)的研究，參照德國(guó)DIN VDE的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，對(duì)風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)專用電纜進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)，并選用世界上最優(yōu)的絕緣及護(hù)套材料，電纜的性能達(dá)到了國(guó)際領(lǐng)先水平。風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)專用電纜分為動(dòng)力電纜、控制電纜電纜，電纜的優(yōu)點(diǎn)如下：

　　 1、具有良好的耐低溫和耐磨性，以及耐疲勞性、耐氣候老化性能、耐微生物性能，對(duì)油品、化學(xué)品具有極好的耐腐蝕性。普通電纜不具有耐磨性和耐腐蝕性。FDZYEYH風(fēng)能電纜

　　 2、抗扭轉(zhuǎn)性能和彎曲性能優(yōu)異：成品電纜在-40℃的低溫環(huán)境下，能經(jīng)受正、反各四轉(zhuǎn)為一次、扭轉(zhuǎn)角度為 360°，次數(shù)不少于3000次的抗扭轉(zhuǎn)性能試驗(yàn)，要求電纜試驗(yàn)結(jié)束后導(dǎo)體不發(fā)生斷裂、護(hù)套表面不產(chǎn)生裂紋。普通電纜不適合在低溫情況下扭轉(zhuǎn)。

　　 3、適用環(huán)境溫度-45℃～＋110℃，運(yùn)行溫度為-40℃～＋110℃。普通電纜運(yùn)行溫度為0℃～70℃。

　　 4、電纜的敷設(shè)溫度不低于-30℃，普通電纜的敷設(shè)溫度為不低于0℃；FDZYEYH風(fēng)能電纜

　　 5、電纜彎曲半徑：固定安裝不小于電纜外徑的 4倍，移動(dòng)安裝不小于電纜外徑的5倍。普通電纜的彎曲半徑為電纜外徑的 20倍。

method is employed to transform the molecular structure of PE from
chain into three-dimensional network,i.e. thermoplastic PE is transformed
into thermosetting XLPE. After cross-linking,the thermal and mechanical
properties of PE have been gratly improved while its excellent electrical
property are still retained.
The maximun permissible operating temperature of the conductor
of a XLPE insulated power cable is 90℃ which s higher than that
ofpaper,PVC or PE insulated power cable.The cable has the advantage
of simplicity in construction,lightness in weight,convenience in application
besides its xecellent electrical,thermal,mechanical and anti-chemical
corrosion properties.It can also be laid with no limitation of level defference
along the route.
