Procedure - Solid Samples:
--Instrument calibration/drift correction.
Place the nickel basket containing the calibration/drift standard into the open port at the top of the loading head.
Press the Analyze button on the instrument screen again, the loading head slide-block will close and the lower electrode will open.
Clean the upper and lower electrode manually, or, if applicable, remove the crucible and press the analyze button to clean with the automatic cleaner.

Summary
Oxygen and nitrogen are alloying elements in titanium, and are also classified as alpha stabilizing elements as they promote alpha phase alloys. Interstitial oxygen and nitrogen levels can be used to regulate the tensile strength of the material, but due to its high solubility can cause unwanted surface embrittlement. This phenomenon can be leveraged,however, under controlled processing to create surface films that increase surface hardness and wear properties.
Procedure – Powder/Chip Samples
Determine the instrument blank.
Press the Analyze button on the instrument screen, the lower electrode will close and the analysis sequence will start and end automatically.
Repeat steps 2b through 2g a minimum of three times.
Set the blank following the procedure outlined in the operator's instruction manual.
Instrument calibration/drift correction.
Login a minimum of three Standard reps.
Weigh approximately *** grams of a calibration/drift standard into a *** Nickel Capsule; enter the mass and standard identification into appropriate rep fields. If applicable, place the nickel capsule in the appropriate autoloader position.

氧氮氫分析儀的常見故障及解決方法
儀器啟動時顯示。沒有水流。系統(tǒng)分析電流切斷,分析停止。這是水流探測器不正常,水泵不工作,管道堵塞。將儀器的右面板取下,觀察水流探測器,用手?jǐn)D壓補(bǔ)水塑料水瓶,發(fā)現(xiàn)水流正常,顯示正常,證明水流探測器正常,管道暢通。啟動循環(huán)水泵,但分析儀顯示沒有水流,此時可判定水泵不正常。打開水泵轉(zhuǎn)子密封口,啟動泵發(fā)現(xiàn)電機(jī)正常運轉(zhuǎn),此時關(guān)閉進(jìn)水,拆下水泵,發(fā)現(xiàn)葉輪脫落。經(jīng)了解,判定是由于外部冷卻水停水,儀器內(nèi)循環(huán)水溫過高(水溫應(yīng)≤70℃),致使葉輪(葉輪材料PVC)熱脹并脫軸。用粘合劑粘合葉輪后再粘于葉輪軸上,待粘合劑凝固后試車,儀器運行正常。 ***紅外池的恒溫絕熱技術(shù)消除了外界環(huán)境溫度的干擾。山西氧氮氫分析儀采購
