產(chǎn)品簡介抑肽酶（Aprotinin），又稱為抑蛋白酶肽，是一種競爭性、可逆的絲氨酸蛋白酶抑制劑，可與絲氨酸蛋白酶形成穩(wěn)定復(fù)合物并阻斷酶的活性位點，這種結(jié)合是可逆的，大多數(shù)的抑肽酶-蛋白酶復(fù)合物在極端的pH<3.0的條件下解除結(jié)合。抑肽酶抑制糜蛋白酶、胰蛋白酶、激肽釋放酶和血纖維蛋白溶酶，不能抑制Xa因子和凝血酶。從結(jié)構(gòu)上來說，抑肽酶是一種來自牛肺的單體球狀蛋白，由58個氨基酸組成并排列在具有三個交聯(lián)二硫鍵的單個多肽鏈中。重組抑肽酶采用大腸桿菌表達，在GMP法規(guī)下生產(chǎn)，不含任何動物源成分，無動物源性的病毒污染，氨基酸序列與來源于牛肺的抑肽酶完全一致，具有與動物源性抑肽酶相同的酶學(xué)性質(zhì)，可替代動物源性抑肽酶用于各種生物技術(shù)過程中，如：重組蛋白生產(chǎn)中抑制絲氨酸蛋白酶的活性；細胞培養(yǎng)等。另外，也提供來源于牛肺的抑肽酶（動物源性）酶活單位：能抑制1個胰蛋白酶單位的活力稱為1個抑肽酶活力單位（EPU）。儲存條件凍干粉2~8℃保存，有效期2年。使用方法抑肽酶與蛋白酶是等摩爾有效結(jié)合，推薦的結(jié)合pH>6.0，在pH<3.0的條件下不結(jié)合。可直接使用0.9%NaCl溶解，溶解后可-20℃儲存。
